After too many airports, Chris Lee switched gears in 2003, choosing to leave his sales management career and pursue a career in Real Estate. He’s never looked back—much to the delight of his loyal clients. Having spent all of his years as a REALTOR® in the Dallas region, Chris now chooses to focus on select communities of the metropolitan area (namely North Dallas, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Carrollton, Lucas, Fairview, Irving). He’s found that these areas offer safe (but often affordable) housing, great schools, and amazing neighborhoods. Since his top priority has always been providing his clients with their perfect home (or the perfect buyer), his approach is tried-and-true. Every home tells a different story. First and foremost, Chris sits down and listens to his selling client’s needs; tours their home, and gives an honest opinion of value. Seller marketing begins on consulting the seller on the complete process, staging the home, professional photography, and a complete marketing plan geared to maximize online exposure, as well as marketing to agent offices in the direct vicinity. He is always prepared, punctual, and passionate about professionally representing his clients throughout the process. When he’s not working with clients, Chris can be found at his own home, spending time with his lovely wife and their three children. And while golf is one of his favorite pastimes, he also enjoys watching his kids play sports, relaxing and having a good laugh with his friends and family.
